Refund and Returns Policy

At Order of Blood, we create high-quality, limited-edition apparel made to order for our members and customers. Due to the bespoke nature of our production, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All of our products are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

As a result:

  • We do not hold stock
  • We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for wrong size, colour, or change-of-mind
  • Each sale is final

We encourage all customers to check our size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)
  • Damaged during shipping

You are entitled to a free replacement or refund, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Report a Fault:

Please email support@orderofblood.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the fault or damage
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

3. Conditions for Returns (Faulty Items Only)

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original packaging (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions, and where applicable, cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. No Exchanges

Because every item is made to order:

  • We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colours, or designs.
  • Please choose carefully and double-check your selections before checkout.

6. Cancellations

We do not allow cancellations once your order has gone into production. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it — but this is not guaranteed.

8. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If you are a resident in the UK or EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for some online purchases — however, this does not apply to custom or made-to-order items, such as those sold on our site, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
